Cheap calls to Poland (English)

Q- What is Text & Talk?
A- Text & Talk service allows you to make very cheap international calls from your mobile or landline with no need to set up an account. The service operates on a pre-pay basis and calls are made using the available credit.

Q- How do I top up?
A- Simply text POLSKA to 80556 for a £5 call credit. The text message will be charged to you by your mobile provider and for this we send your pin number with £5 credit along with the local and free phone access numbers.

Q- How do I use Text & Talk?
A- Simply dial any one of the access number included in the confirmation text message, listen to the message, if dialling from a different phone from that which you topped up from, then use the PIN included in the welcome text, enter the full international number - do not press send again. That's it your connected.

Q- What if I have sent a text requesting a top up, but have not received a confirmation message back?
A- Generally a confirmation message is sent instantaneously, however very occasionally for example at peak times the mobile networks maybe congested which means that the confirmation message maybe delayed. Do not resend the message as you will be charged twice. If after a couple of hours you have not received the confirmation message please contact our customer services team who will be able to identify what the issue is.

Q- Are there any administration, subscription or other fees?
A- There is no administration, subscription or other fees. There is however a 0800 surcharge of one pence per minute from any mobile or landline and a 10p per minute surcharge from a payphone. A connection charge equal to the rate per minute for the relevant destination is charged on each call.

Q- Where can I find the rates for my destination country?
A- To view the latest rates see the chart above. All calls are priced per minute and include VAT and costs for the international part of the call.

Q- Is there a maximum amount of topups that I am allowed in one day?
A- Yes, you can not topup with more than £20 in one day i.e. 4 X £5 topups.

You must have a UK mobile and have the bill payer’s permission. This is a reverse-billed text service, cost of text to 80556 will be charged at £5.00 plus your standard network text charge. A confirmation text informing you that your mobile has been charged £5.00 will be sent shortly thereafter. Credit lasts for 90 days from day of first use. Cost of calls to the 0208 access number will be charged at your standard mobile rate to a landline or can be used as part of your mobile inclusive minutes. Calls charged per minute. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Calls made to mobiles may cost more, unless specifically mentioned in the destination list. We will automatically top you up with £5.00 credit before your credit is about to run out. We will then charge your mobile with £5.00. To unsubscribe simply text STOP to 80556 at any time. If you choose to unsubscribe, calls will disconnect once the credit is finished and a new text request with keyword to 80556 will have to be made for a further top up. A connection charge equal to the rate per minute for the relevant destination is charged on each call.

Minutes shown based on single use of card. Each call is charged the per minute rate for the relevant country. A connection charge equal to the pence per minute rate (up to a maximum of 15 pence) for the relevant country is also charged per call. An access charge is also charged depending how you access the service: 0800 – 2p/minute (20p/minute from a payphone); 0845 / 0207 – your service provider’s standard rate. You must purchase the card through an active UK mobile. Higher rates generally apply when calling international mobiles and premium rate numbers. Call charges include VAT, charged per minute and rounded to the nearest penny. Maximum purchase of £30 per day per SIM card. Rates may change without notice.
